Terms of Service.
Effective October 31, 2026.
These terms cover your use of Ancha: the website at ancha.io, the hosted workspace at app.ancha.io, the @ancha-labs/cli command-line tool and the documentation (together, the "service"). Ancha is made by Ancha Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Ancha for a company, you agree for that company too.
Your account
- Give us a real email address and keep your sign-in details and API keys safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and your keys.
- Tell us right away at patrick@ancha.io if you think someone else is using your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Ancha.
Early access
- Ancha is in early access. It's free for now. Features change, and some may be removed.
- If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and you can stop using the service instead.
- We may limit usage, for example the number of runs, machine time or model usage, to keep the service available for everyone.
Your content
- You keep all rights to what you bring to Ancha: your agent's code, configurations, tests, worlds, secrets and results ("your content").
- You give us permission to host, copy, run and process your content only as needed to provide the service to you, to keep it secure, and to support you when you ask.
- We don't sell your content, and we don't use it to train AI models.
- You confirm you have the right to upload your content and to run it on Ancha.
Acceptable use
Don't use Ancha to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- attack, probe or overload Ancha, other users or anyone else, or try to reach data that isn't yours (report security issues as described on our Security page instead);
- send spam, run malware, mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to building and testing software;
- get around usage limits, or resell the service without our written permission;
- build a competing product by copying Ancha's service.
We may remove content or limit an account that breaks these rules.
Simulated tools
- Ancha's tools are simulations. They imitate the behavior of third-party products so you can test software against them. They are not those products, and we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by their makers.
- Tool names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify what a simulation imitates.
- Simulations don't match the real products in every detail. Check important behavior against the real product before you rely on it.
Models and other services
- Some Ancha features use language models, for example simulated people and generated worlds. We provide that model usage, and we may cap it.
- Your own agent may call model providers or other services with your own keys. Their terms apply to that use, and you're responsible for it.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
Ending your use
- You can stop using Ancha at any time and ask us to delete your account at patrick@ancha.io.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first.
- If the service shuts down, we'll give you notice and a chance to export your content.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that test results will predict how your agent behaves in production.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ancha Labs isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
Indemnity
If a third party makes a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you'll cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. If you keep using Ancha after that, the new terms apply.
